This is the cognitive layer: facts, patterns, dynamics. It’s where you see the situation without your hopes or fears colouring it.

2. Emotional Clarity — What Do I Feel, and Why?

Emotional clarity is not “I’m upset, therefore something is wrong.” It’s understanding the source of the emotion, not just the emotion itself.

3. Structural Clarity — What Needs to Change?

This is where clarity becomes action. Without structural clarity, insight becomes rumination.
