Personalisation isn't just adding information

Imagine giving AI everything about a business.

Its history. Qualifications. Services. Products. Values. Customers. The founder's personality.

The AI can certainly put all that information onto a website.

But where should it go?

What matters most? What doesn't? What should the visitor see first?

Not everything deserves the same space.

Should twenty years of experience be presented as a badge of authority, or quietly woven into the story?

Should a qualification sit prominently on the page, or simply be there for someone who wants to know more?

Should one particular service be the main call to action?

Or is there a smaller, easier first step that makes more sense for the customer?

These aren't really coding decisions.

They're decisions about people.

AI can help us organise the information. It can suggest possibilities. It can even challenge our assumptions.

But someone still needs to decide what the business actually wants to say — and what the visitor actually needs to hear.

Next: A website isn't a collection of pages. It's a journey.
